One of our favorite ways to celebrate the summer heat is by making a big batch of cold brew tea and sharing it with friends on the beach. Here’s how we do it:
Yash’s Cold Brew Tea
First, mix one ounce of loose leaf tea with one gallon of water in a large glass container.
Then, leave to brew in your fridge overnight for 8 to 12 hours.
Don't forget to remove the loose leaves from the brew to avoid bitterness.
Now you have your cold brew tea concentrate! Add 50% water and it’s ready to drink! This brew can stay fresh in the fridge for up to one week.
