This traditional blend of whole leaf teas creates a strong, brisk cup. Best enjoyed with the milk of your choice and a little boost of sweetness.

Our finest CTC tea is created through the traditional cut-tear-curl method.

Bring filtered water to a boil. For every 6oz of water, add 1 teaspoon of tea. Let steep for 90 seconds. For stronger tea let steep for 120 seconds. Top it off with milk and sugar if desired.

Good Assam taste

My sense of smell is deficient, but the taste is fine. I had a friend from Assam so I learned the taste on samples from an Assam estate. I use 2 g for 250 ml cup, it is nicely and moderately bitter, for tea with milk in English style, I would used 3 g or more.

Malty and nice

Very fresh tasting. Great CTC tea. Don’t brew to long or the flavor will get bitter. True of pretty much any tea. Follow the directions and you’ll get a great cup of tea.
