Bring filtered water to a boil. For every 6oz of water, add 1 teaspoon of tea. Let steep for 90 seconds. For stronger tea let steep for 120 seconds. Top it off with milk and sugar if desired.

The Best Indian Tea Outside the Subcontinent

A few places on the globe do black team well, including Singapore. But for those who favor Indian, this is the best i've ever bought outside the subcontinent. Straightforward, properly dried, rolled and packaged, this is loose tea like you'd get from a good tea shop in any neighborhood in West Bengal. And you'd pay premium prices for it there, too. Take it black if you wish, or go native and have it with milk and sugar (or Stevia). It's tea time, proper.

Makes FANTASTIC Iced Tea!

We buy this monthly for iced tea. It is one of the absolute best tasting iced teas brewed from leaves that I have found. Leaves are rolled inch to half inch pieces, little dust which is the bane of iced tea. I have never drunk it hot, so no opinion, though given how good the cold tea is, I am sure the hot is great too. Highly recommend!
